This project involved delivering a chilled water system for a new high-speed pitta line, located within a live food production facility. With installation zones already fixed and hygiene-critical operations underway on all sides, the job called for tight planning, clean execution, and performance from day one.

Our Solution
BRS engineered and installed a complete chilled water system under fast-track conditions. Key words included:
- Installation of a new glycol-cooled water chiller
- Fabrication and installation of a closed chilled water circuit
- Design and integration of process cooling connections for the dough line and the vacuum pump
- All pipework is stainless steel for hygiene compliance
- All works completed during scheduled access windows with no disruption to live production
Engineering Considerations
- Live site protocols were followed throughout: dust control, isolation, hygiene segregation
- Installation coordinated with site teams and equipment suppliers
- Commissioning planned in stages to align with final equipment delivery and testing
- System capacity and controls are designed for variable load across production shifts
