Close temperature control is critical to Life Sciences, whether you’re formulating a new drug, carrying out research trials or in production. BRS can help you accurately control temperatures of numerous applications such as jacketed vessels and pipework to ensure methodical practices and repeatability.

Increased efficiency, product quality, and process transparency can be achieved with the help of our advanced temperature control solutions which include process chillers and our extensive range of Temperature Control Units (TCUs) consisting of indirect and direct water units, steam to water units and oil for industrial processes up to 400°C. Our i-Temp range of TCUs offers both cooling and heating capacities and the i-Temp Plus range of modular heaters provides a cost-effective and efficient alternative to engineered skids. The impressive Advanced Controller which comes with the majority of the i-Temp range as standard will enable you to effectively control temperature and ramp rates whilst reporting on your process temperatures direct to SD card or via the ethernet as standard.

Our highly experienced in-house technical team, can tailor any of our solutions to meet your exact needs including ATEX rated equipment. We carry out factory and site acceptance tests – FATs are carried out at our Totton site and then we deliver the SAT at your site with Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification documentation and training. We can even provide units to fit with your factory design and colour scheme – helping you to present the right image to your visiting customers. To further protect your process, we can offer remote chiller monitoring as a service or provide you with the capability to safeguard your operation and protect from the threat of production downtime.

It doesn’t just stop there, we can take care of ongoing planned maintenance with our wide network of 45 qualified engineers in the UK and provide 24/7 technical and service support with contingency plans. Our extensive hire fleet and depots throughout the UK and Europe enables us to provide short or long-term hire chillers and TCUs to cover you for remedial works, new projects whilst you’re waiting for your bespoke solution, emergencies or seasonal requirements.
